Greece - getting my belly on!

Some of us participated in the Dailey for Haiti fundraiser at the Berkeley Dailey Method. It was 45 mins of DM followed by 45 mins of cardio booty dance taught by my girl Rae. Now I understand why DM is so addicting - the workout is intense and the women are all sexy and confident.

Do It Daily!
Mission accomplished! I finally got my bootay to the Daily Method. My girlfriend Rae has been training to be an instructor and today was her first mock class. O M G - it was intense city! I have never had my thighs quiver so much in my life! I really enjoyed the ballet barre stretches, reminded me of my childhood. My other girlfriend Deb goes everyday! I now have much respect for all the women and men who do it daily!
